The Construction Hub is where Architects can help each other build up their neighborhoods. It serves as a marketplace where Architects post construction jobs for builders who own specific blueprints. If you want a Paris Café on your property but missed the drop, you don't need to wait for the next one.

How it works

1. Post a job for the structure you want built. Stake the minimum SPARKLET.
2. Offer a UPX payment for the builder.
3. A builder who owns the blueprint accepts, travels within discovery range of your property, and constructs.
4. UPX transfers automatically when the job is accepted.

The Construction Hub turns building into a specialised role. Some Architects collect rare blueprints specifically to earn UPX from construction commissions.
