The Upland Developers Network
Calling All Developers!
We are proud and excited to officially announce the Upland Developers Network for 3rd party developers! Our goal is to create a network of developers to provide them with the proper tools to leave their mark on the metaverse. For now, the focus is on developing and maintaining relationships with our community so we can better plan for future tools and opportunities.
The Upland Developers Network (UDN)
The Upland Discord Community has grown to be quite large, which means that housing the UDN inside the existing server would prove difficult. As such, we will be creating a dedicated Upland Developers Discord Server to support our 3rd party efforts. In order to better manage communications with our 3rd party developers, this server will be invite-only for the time being.
Players who are looking to gain access to the Upland Developers Network will need to apply via the form below. Accepted players will be invited on an ongoing basis, so keep an eye out for an email from the Upland team!

Community Directory
Upland is filled with tons of wonderful 3rd party communities that cover various aspects of the game. We are lucky to have communities that are focused on data analytics and tools, strategy, the development of node communities, networking, and more. Discovering where these communities live can be quite a challenge, so we’re amping up our efforts to support these communities however we can.
In the near future, we will be launching a Community Directory page on the Upland Website that will allow players to discover each of these incredible communities! Each qualified community will have an opportunity to be listed on the website based on the category of their choice. Communities that wish to be listed in the Directory must complete the form submissions below and provide the necessary information.
Community Directory Requirements:
- Must be at least 60 Days Old
- Must have at least 500 Active Members
Note: Directory requirements are subject to change depending on demand and availability.
Feedback Updates
Upland’s rapid growth has resulted in more passionate community members than ever before. As a result, feedback channels in Discord have become highly congested and difficult to parse through. In order to mitigate these concerns, we will be launching a dedicated environment for collecting player feedback, which will replace the existing #feedback channel in Discord.
This new feedback system will be powered by an online web portal where players can submit any type of feedback or suggestion. Other players will also be able to view, upvote, and comment on the feedback they find to be the most valuable. Consolidating this feedback will make it far more digestible, and will give us valuable insight into the player experience.
Please note that the feedback board is purely a place for feedback and suggestions, as there’s no guarantee that we implement even the most popular feature requests or changes. Much of our decision-making process is, however, influenced by community feedback, so we highly encourage all players to participate!
Looking Ahead
We are actively working on deploying a more robust development API alongside additional tools for metaverse development. While we’re not quite yet ready to deploy these new tools or systems, the goal is to take this opportunity to engage with the developer community and better understand their wants and needs. This will allow us to plan more effectively for the future of the Upland Developers Network. We look forward to working with you all!
