The Upland Championship Circuit Finale Arrives

After months of competitive racing, season-long point battles, and standout performances across the circuit, the Upland Championship Circuit Finale is here.

The top racers in Upland are heading to San Francisco’s Monument Speedway for one final showdown to determine this year’s champion. Hosted by the Ultimate Racing League, the finale brings together the top 12 drivers from the Championship Circuit Leaderboardfor a high-stakes race event that celebrates skill, consistency, and determination across the full season.

The finale will take place on Friday, June 5th at 11 AM PT at San Francisco Monument Speedway, 66 Bay Street, San Francisco. Fans will also be able to catch the action during the Championship racing stream live on the Metaverse Racing News Network.

The Top 12 Drivers Are Set

Leading the field is defending 2025 Champion citypigeon, who enters as the top seed after a perfect season across the Harvest, Wonderland, Frost, and Blossom stages. crowly27, caltradingco, cruzerito, and jrwheels round out the top five heading into the finale.

The final qualifying spot came down to a dramatic race-off between betz25 and jahreshaud, who were tied at 52 points. In the end, betz25 secured the win and claimed the 12th and final spot in the championship field.

Team Championship Recap

The team standings were led by a dominant season from Team TUGNBETZ, who finished at the top of the leaderboard with 1,049 total points. Led by citypigeon and crowly27, the team delivered consistent results throughout the season, including a strong Week 2 performancethat helped set the pace early.

Behind them, the race for the remaining Genesis Team Challenge invitations came down to the wire. Neo VMax Motorsports secured second place with 686 points, powered by steady performances from batistoo and wanderer1976. Gen X Racing claimed third with 624 points, while AVG Flow Riders made a late-season push to finish fourth with 619 points, earning the final automatic invitation.

This track is known for its fast, smooth layout, a perfect setting for high-speed drama and strategic driving. Racers will need to bring their best to navigate every twist and turn of this thrilling course.

Race Format & Rules

  • 12 racers in 2 heats of 6 will try to qualify for the finals.
  • Finals Heats are determined by finishing place.
  • Odd numbers, 1,3,5,7,9,11 will drive in heat 1 with the number 1 qualifier as the starter with Pole position.
  • Even Numbers, 2,4,6,8,10,12 will drive in heat 2 with the number 2 qualifier as the starter in Pole position.
  • Top 3 finishers from each heat will move on to the final with the fastest time being in the pole position and the starter for the race.
  • In the event someone errors out of the race in the heat races, players can try to rejoin, if unable to control their car on a rejoin, then players are given the place that they finish with the driverless car (likely last in the heat)
  • ‍If a player errors out on the final race, then they are given the 6th place spot in the final, if more than one person errors out, then it will be based on the driverless car finishing time to determine who will get the higher place in the standings.
