City Evolution continues its forward momentum, and this week the spotlight turns to Stockton. As one of Upland’s starter cities, Stockton’s expansion also reflects our evolving approach to supporting early-game cities, including the inclusion of former starter cities in Evolution Packs as they grow. This release brings a small expansion to the city, unlocking thirteen new neighborhoods including collections for players looking to strengthen their presence in one of Upland’s West Coast cities..

We are unlocking 1,200new properties in Stockton and introducing a brand-new structure that is already generating buzz: the Main Street Modular Apartments: Pizzeria Edition. It is more than a building. It is a neighborhood staple where Uppies gather for a slice, swap stories about the latest property deals, and watch the city come alive one block at a time.

With thoughtful pacing, four collections, and two bundle options, this drop is designed to support sustainable growth and a stronger sense of place for players and for the Uppies who call Upland home.
