The availability of $SPARKLET on exchanges marks a key milestone in Upland’s journey to becoming the ultimate Web3 platform for gamers, creators, entrepreneurs, and more. Now that $SPARKLET is well-established on exchanges, we’re excited to introduce some updates to how in game $SPARKLET Weekends will work going forward.

$SPARKLET Updates

Moving forward, $SPARKLET will be available in the Upland Store in-app, which means no registration. Even better, buying through the app gives you a slight discount on the market price thanks to the reclaim requirements. Quantities will be limited initially, we’ll review & replenish them periodically.

The Upland Store price will be based on the average market price from the past two weeks, so you’re always getting a fair deal. The store price won’t change, but the number of tokens included may be adjusted depending on market fluctuations. The token amount will always be listed in the store.

Reclaim Requirements: To reclaim earned or purchased SPARKLET in Upland, you can only reclaim what you’ve staked for at least 720 hours (30 days) in the past 3 months (excluding the last 30 days). This rule doesn’t apply to uploaded $SPARKLET.

Next, $SPARKLET Weekends are back! During each weekend in a season, players can earn bonus $SPARKLET rewards for leveling up.

These weekends are designed to offer regular opportunities to level up and enhance your gameplay. Keep in mind that $SPARKLET Weekends will pause during the inter-season weeks, making the weekends within each season even more special.

$SPARKLET Weekends kick off every Friday morning at 9 AM PT and wrap up the following Monday at 9 AM PT. This timing ensures you have the entire weekend to dive into Upland, level up, and reap those boosted rewards.

For this first Level Up Weekend, we’re adjusting the schedule to accommodate some important updates. The event will run from Friday, October 4th, 9 AM PT to Sunday, October 6th, Midnight PT. Be sure to mark your calendars and get ready to level up!

Here are some important details to keep in mind as you prepare for the next phase of $SPARKLET in Upland.

• Cooldown: All $SPARKLET purchased in-game will have the same reclaim restrictions as all other in game $SPARKLET.
• Temporary Store Removal: Due to market fluctuations or internal factors, we may temporarily remove $SPARKLET from the store.

We’ll be monitoring the results from this first experiment with $SPARKLET sales within Upland. Based on this, we will decide how future sales will look. Additionally, we will regularly review the rates we sell $SPARKLET for, ensuring the rates we sell at make sense.
