Sizzle Season is shifting into high gear with four new Service Structures built for sweet stops, classic snacks, beach-ready style, and full-throttle fun. From cinnamon treats and fresh popcorn to swimwear shopping and a neighborhood kart track, this week’s lineup gives players four new ways to make their neighborhoods feel lively, useful, and ready for one more summer adventure.

These Service Structures will be available starting Wednesday, August 19 at 9 AM PT for players with Uplander status and above. No registration is required. Each individual structure is scheduled to remain available until Wednesday, September 16 at 9 AM PT, giving players roughly four weeks to add it to their collection. Once a player purchases one, it will disappear from that player’s store.

One-Day Service Structure Value Pack

Collectors who want the complete lineup can grab the Service Structure Value Pack, which includes all four of this week’s new structures for $14. That is 25% off the cost of buying them individually, making it the fastest way to add every new release to one collection.

The Service Structure Value Pack will be available for 24 hours only, from Wednesday, August 19 at 9 AM PT through Thursday, August 20 at 9 AM PT. The individual structures will remain available separately through September 16.
