Service Structures Vol. 39: Costumes, Claws, and Crossovers
April 10, 2026

The Service Structures program keeps delivering, and Vol. 39 might be the most fun combo yet. A costume shop that turns every block party into an event, a seafood joint that pulls foot traffic from across the map, and a basketball court built for the kind of rivalries that never stay friendly for long. Three builds, three completely different ways to make your neighborhood the one everyone wants to visit.
Service Structures Vol. 39 will be available from Wednesday, April 8 at 9 AM PT through Wednesday, April 15 at 9 AM PT. As always, all structures are available to players with Uplander status and above. No registration is required.
New Service Structures
This week’s lineup hits retail, food, and sports. Three categories that do more for foot traffic than just about anything else you can place. If your neighborhood has been missing that one thing that ties the whole block together, chances are it is sitting in this drop.
Hallow Spirit Costumes
Every neighborhood has that one shop where Uppies walk in to browse and walk out in a full costume they definitely did not plan on buying. Hallow Spirit Costumes is that shop. Seasonal looks, year-round dress-up, and the kind of impulse purchases that make block parties way more interesting. (Essential, 4 Service Units)
Spark Hours: 13,500
Price: $4.99

The Lobster Shack
No oceanfront? No problem. The Lobster Shack brings coastal flavor to any block. This is the kind of spot where Uppies line up for fresh catches, cracked shells, and the best butter-drenched meal in the neighborhood. Casual, loud, and always packed. The smell alone pulls foot traffic from three streets over, and once they sit down, they are not leaving anytime soon. If your block needs a dinner destination, this is it. (Entertainment, 7 Service Units)
Spark Hours: 23,850
Price: $6.99

Basketball Court
The biggest build in this week’s drop, and it is built for action. A full outdoor court with proper markings, hoops, and enough space for Uppies to run pickup games, settle rivalries, or just shoot around after a long day of flipping properties. Every neighborhood needs a spot where the community actually shows up, and the Basketball Court stays busy from morning to night. This is the kind of structure that turns neighbors into competitors and competitors into regulars. (Essential, 33 Service Units)
Spark Hours: 45,900
Price: $9.99

Whether you are building a themed district, a foodie strip, or a sports hub, Vol. 39 gives you the pieces to make it happen. All three structures are available for one week only on the weekly schedule, so plan your builds accordingly.
Keep shaping the neighborhoods that bring Uppies home.
