Service Structures Vol. 38: Pages, Big Tops, and Penalty Kicks

The Service Structures program keeps rolling, and Vol. 38 brings one of the most fun lineups yet. This week’s drop covers three very different flavors of neighborhood life, from niche retail to spectacle entertainment to competitive sports. Every neighborhood needs personality, and these three builds bring plenty of it. Uppies are always looking for something new to check out, and this week gives them three great reasons to explore.

Service Structures Vol. 38 will be available from Wednesday, April 1 at 9 AM PT through Wednesday, April 8 at 9 AM PT. As always, all structures are available to players with Uplander status and above. No registration is required.

New Service Structures

This week’s Service Structures lean into the lighter side of neighborhood life. Whether your blocks are built around culture, family entertainment, or athletics, there is something here worth placing. Residents gravitate toward neighborhoods that offer variety, and Vol. 38 delivers exactly that.

Comic Book Store

Every neighborhood deserves a spot where Uppies can flip through the latest issues, argue about who would win in a fight, and walk out with a stack they definitely did not plan on buying. The Comic Book Store is that spot. A small but mighty hub for pop culture, collectibles, and the kind of passionate debates that never really end. (Essential, 4 Service Units)

Spark Hours: 13,950
Price: $4.99

Circus

The Circus brings full-scale spectacle to the neighborhood. Acrobats, performers, lights, and the kind of energy that draws a crowd from blocks away. This is not a quiet addition to the skyline. Uppies notice when a neighborhood has something this bold, and the Circus delivers a show every single day. It is the kind of build that turns a neighborhood into a destination. (Entertainment, 35 Service Units)

Spark Hours: 54,450
Price: $6.99

Soccer Field

The Soccer Field is the biggest build in this week’s lineup, and it is built for competition. A full outdoor pitch with proper markings, seating, and enough space for Uppies to organize pickup matches, run drills, or just settle the question of who really has the best footwork in the neighborhood. This is the kind of structure that brings a community together around something they all care about. (Essential, 315 Service Units)

Spark Hours: 167,400
Price: $9.99

Whether you are building out a cultural corner, an entertainment district, or a sports hub, Vol. 38 has something worth placing. All three structures are available for one week only on the weekly schedule, so plan your builds accordingly.

Keep shaping the neighborhoods that bring Uppies home.
