Service Structures Vol. 31: New Builds to Expand Resident Life

The Frost 2026 season continues with Volume 31, bringing the next set of Service Structures into Upland’s new weekly blueprint rotation. This week introduces three new buildings: the Car Rental, Large Court House, and Large Assisted Living Center. Each one is designed to support the evolving daily life of Residents and add fresh functionality to your neighborhoods.

Blueprints will be available from Wednesday, February 11 at 9 AM PT through Wednesday, February 18 at 9 AM PT, and are open to all players with Uplander status or higher. No registration is required.

New Service Structures

Each of this week’s Service Structures brings a unique role to neighborhood life, offering new ways for Residents to interact with their environment. Here’s a quick look at what each one offers.

Car Rental

A convenient spot for Uppies to rent vehicles when they’re on the move. Adds mobility support to your neighborhood with light service coverage. (Essentials, 6 Service Units)

Price: $4.99

Large Assisted Living Center

Provides housing and extended care for elder Uppies in need of daily support. Offers high service coverage for residential communities. (Public Service, 37 Service Units)

Price: $6.99

Large Court House

The civic center where Uppie disputes are resolved and justice is served. A cornerstone for public service in any growing city. (Public Service, 62 Service Units)

Price: $9.99
