Queens Evolution Cashes In with Money Exchange

City Evolution returns to Queens this week with another way to build in one of New York’s most dynamic boroughs. Queens is already open, so this release focuses on adding more property opportunities and the all-new East Coast Modular Apartments: Money Exchange Edition.

This week’s Queens Evolution Pack gives players another way to enter or expand in the city without opening any new neighborhoods or introducing new Collections. With 250 Standard Packs and 320 Deluxe Packs available, players can grow their Queens footprint while the Deluxe Pack brings a new currency exchange middle structure to East Coast modular builds.

Neighborhoods

No new neighborhoods are opening with this release. Queens is already open, and all properties included in these packs come from the city’s existing footprint.

The East Coast Modular Apartments: Money Exchange Edition brings a neighborhood currency exchange to Upland’s streetscape, adding another practical storefront to the ground floor with residential space above.

What makes this release especially useful is its place within the modular apartment system. While many recent releases have focused on corner structures, the Money Exchange is a middle structure, giving builders an important new piece for filling out longer street-facing designs and creating more complete modular complexes.
