Miami Evolution Adds a Little Havana Grill to the Modular Lineup

City Evolution returns to Miami this week with a release built for players who want to keep expanding their modular developments. There are 5 new neighborhoods in this Evolution as well as a distinctly Miami addition to the East Coast Modular Apartments lineup: the all-new East Coast Modular Apartments: Little Havana Grill Edition.

With only 100 Standard Bundles and 350 Deluxe Bundles available, this week’s release gives players another limited opportunity to add Miami properties while unlocking a Cuban restaurant-inspired middle section that helps complete larger modular builds.

Neighborhoods

This week is about adding depth to Miami and giving builders another piece to use across their East Coast modular developments.

The following neighborhoods are new to this evolution:

Collections

No new Collections are being introduced in this release. The focus is on limited Miami property access and the debut of a new modular structure.

The East Coast Modular Apartments: Little Havana Grill Edition brings a distinctly Miami flavor to Upland’s streets. Inspired by the city’s Cuban restaurant culture, it adds a lively neighborhood grill at street level while preserving the apartments and density that make the East Coast modular lineup so useful.

More importantly, this is another middle section for the modular set. It can connect with previously released pieces to help builders extend longer blocks, fill out larger developments, and create more complete streetscapes instead of relying on standalone structures.

Like all Modular structures, it can be combined with other structures in its regional set to create larger customized builds. This structure is region-locked to East Coast cities.

No new Collections are arriving this week, but Miami’s modular toolkit is getting deeper.
