When we first announced boats and fishing, we introduced marinas as the foundation of waterfront access. Marinas are where boats dock, where fishing journeys begin, and where strategic positioning on the water starts. With Troves, fishing mechanics, and boat deployment all on the horizon for 2026, owning a marina means owning the gateway to an entirely new layer of the Upland economy.

San Francisco was the first city to receive marinas, followed by Seattle and Vancouver. Now, two new locations are opening up: Miami and Bermuda.

Miami’s coastline and Bermuda’s open waters each offer distinct strategic value. As fishing mechanics go live, the waters you can access from your marina will determine what fish troves you can pursue, which service structures you can supply, and how you position yourself in the evolving economy. Where you dock matters.

Marina Bundles

Two bundles are available as part of this sale, one focused on Miami and the other on Bermuda. Each bundle includes one random Marina property, along with 30,000 UPX, and carries a 5% chance of awarding a Large Yacht Marina.

It’s important to note that you are purchasing UPX at its standard value, with the Marina property included as an added bonus. Upland does not determine the market value of Marinas; their worth is entirely driven by player activity on the secondary market. In essence, you’re receiving your UPX purchase, plus a complimentary Marina on top.
