City Evolution returns to Singapore this week with something we have never offered at this scale: 100% of both Standard and Deluxe Packs will include Collection properties. With only 100 Standard Packs and 350 Deluxe Packs available, this is a major opportunity for players looking to add Collection properties to their Singapore holdings. Neighborhoods

No new neighborhoods are opening with this release. All properties included in the Singapore Evolution Packs come from the city’s existing footprint.

This week is about adding depth to Singapore by putting guaranteed Collection properties into players’ hands and introducing a new signature structure for builders.

This is the headline: 100% of Singapore Standard Packs and Singapore Deluxe Packs will include Collection properties.

Every property included in both pack types will come from a qualifying Standard-tier Singapore Collection. That means the Standard Pack includes one guaranteed Collection property, while the Deluxe Pack includes two guaranteed Collection properties.

The Asian Modular Apartments: Rattan Shop Edition brings the texture and character of a traditional rattan shop to Upland. Its street-level storefront celebrates a craft known for turning natural materials into furniture, baskets, decor, and everyday goods, while the apartments above add the density and utility of the Asian modular lineup.

The Rattan Shop Edition gives builders a warm, distinctive storefront that can stand on its own or connect with other Asian Modular Apartments to create larger, more detailed developments. It is a structure designed to make Singapore streets feel more lived-in, local, and complete.

Like all Modular structures, it can be combined with other structures in its regional set to create larger customized builds. This structure is region-locked to Asian cities.
