City Evolution: Vancouver Opens Kensington-Cedar Cottage
May 22, 2026

City Evolution continues its forward momentum, and this week the spotlight turns to Vancouver. This release introduces one new neighborhood, Kensington-Cedar Cottage, giving players fresh access to one of the city’s most recognizable residential areas and another opportunity to expand their footprint in Canada.
We’re also excited to introduce the new Main Street Modular: Pacific Northwest Trading Post Edition!
Neighborhood
For this release, we are introducing one new neighborhood in Vancouver.
Kensington-Cedar Cottage. A vibrant East Vancouver neighborhood known for its residential character, local businesses, and strong community feel. Its arrival adds new depth to Vancouver’s Upland footprint and gives players another distinctive area to explore, collect, and build around.
Collection
This release also introduces one Limited Collection.
Victoria Drive: Own 3 properties on Victoria Drive.
Victoria Drive is one of the area’s key corridors, making it a natural focus for collectors looking to build a more connected presence in the new neighborhood.

Both Vancouver packs will be available in the Upland Store during the sale window. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and may be reintroduced in a future drop.

The Pacific Northwest Trading Post Edition brings a distinctly Vancouver-inspired touch to this week’s release. Inspired by cultural galleries, local handmade goods, Indigenous-inspired artwork, artisan storefronts, and the coastal character of the Pacific Northwest, it blends neighborhood commerce with modular residential development.
It adds warmth, texture, and regional personality to any build, giving Uppies a structure that feels creative, grounded, and connected to the city around it. Whether used on its own or placed into a larger streetscape, the Pacific Northwest Trading Post Edition gives players another way to shape neighborhoods that feel lived-in, expressive, and rooted in local culture.
Like other modular structures, it supports flexible building and long-term customization, giving players more ways to develop city blocks while preserving a strong sense of place and regional identity.

Looking Ahead
City Evolution is about more than unlocking properties. It is about building cities with depth, one neighborhood at a time. With Kensington-Cedar Cottage joining the map and Victoria Drive entering the collection lineup, Vancouver continues to grow in a way that feels grounded, connected, and full of opportunity.
Players who move early will help define what this next chapter of Vancouver becomes.
