City Evolution is charging ahead, and the next stop on the map is unmistakably iconic, Paris. We’re excited to announce the release of a brand-new neighborhood in the City of Light, along with the exclusive debut of a fresh addition to Upland’s growing skyline: the European Modular Apartments: Restaurant Edition.

City Evolution: Paris

Our new City Evolutions approach continues with a focused release of 1,800 properties in the new Auteuil neighborhood in Paris. While this Paris neighborhood holds over 2,900 properties total, this focused release provides a more sustainable pace and accessible entry point for players to expand their footprint.

No collection properties are included in this release, keeping the focus on building and long-term planning.

Both bundles will be available in equal quantities in the Upland Store (600 each), with sales running over the weekend. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and reintroduced in a future drop.

The European Modular Apartments: Restaurant Edition is the newest addition to Upland’s Mixed Use lineup. Inspired by the charm and utility of local Parisian architecture, it features a classic European restaurant on the ground floor with residential units above.

Like the original Modular Apartments (Main Street Editions), this structure is fully modular, allowing multiple units to be combined into larger, more dynamic builds. It’s also region-locked to Europe, with more region-specific versions in development for future releases.
