City Evolution: Las Vegas Unveils New Neighborhoods and the Arcade Edition Modular Structure

City Evolution is picking up speed, and the next stop is Las Vegas. Known for its vibrant energy, endless entertainment, and desert sunshine, Las Vegas is once again expanding its footprint in Upland. This release brings a wave of new neighborhoods and also debuts an exciting addition to Upland’s building catalog: the Mainstreet Modular Apartments: Arcade Edition, a playful, fully modular structure built for fun and flexibility.

As part of our ongoingCity Evolutionsinitiative, Las Vegas evolves with a focused release of 1,800 new properties, offering a more sustainable pace and a welcoming entry point for players to grow their presence in the city.

The Mainstreet Modular Apartments: Arcade Edition is the newest addition to Upland’s Mixed Use lineup. Inspired by main street USA, it features a fun arcade on the ground floor with residential units above.

This structure is fully modular, allowing multiple units to be combined into larger, more dynamic builds. It’s also region-locked to North America, with more region-specific versions in development for future releases.
