Arlington Unlocks Properties and the New East Coast Modular Structure

We are unlocking 1,800brand new properties in Arlington from 2 new neighborhoods as well as a brand-new structure: the East Coast Modular Apartments: Intimate Apparel Boutique. Arriving just in time for Valentine’s Day, this mixed-use design adds a refined retail presence to the city while expanding creative opportunities for builders.

With thoughtful pacing, one collection and two bundle options, this drop is designed to support sustainable growth and a stronger sense of place for players and for the Uppies who call Upland home.

The two newly released neighborhoods are Central and West. In addition, a new limited collection has been introduced in the Central Neighborhood, requiring ownership of three properties to complete.

Both bundles will be available in limited quantities in the Upland Store. For this week, the sale will run for a full week instead of the usual weekend format. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and may be reintroduced in a future drop.
